1Disclaimer Regarding Calculations
IMPORTANT: The calculators provided on CalcGami.com are for informational and educational purposes only.
Accuracy: While we strive for precision, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the results produced by our tools.
- Construction Tools: Results are estimates. Always consult a professional engineer or contractor before purchasing materials or beginning construction. We are not responsible for material shortages or structural failures.
- Financial Tools: Loan, interest, and investment calculations are estimates. Actual rates and figures depends on your specific financial institution.
- Health Tools: BMI and other health calculators are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
2Accounts and Subscriptions
CalcGami.com offers three tiers of service:
- Basic (Free): Access to basic versions of calculators. Ad-supported.
- Pro Plan: Paid monthly subscription. Grants access to “Pro Version” tools for Construction and Math categories.
- Ultimate Plan: Paid monthly subscription. Grants access to “Pro Version” of ALL tools, plus an ad-free experience and priority support.
Billing: By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are listed in USD or INR depending on your region.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
3Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CalcGami.com and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our calculator code or design.
4Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CalcGami.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the site or reliance on any calculation results.
5Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
